(a) A person is guilty of the offense of Impersonation of a Foreign Diplomatic Official when they, with the intent to defraud or deceive the Republic, its President, or its Government, represent themselves as an ambassador, consul, envoy, or any other representative of a foreign government when they are not one.

(b) Impersonation of a Foreign Diplomatic Official is a First-Degree Misdemeanor.
