(a) A person is guilty of the offense of Impersonation of an Official when they, with the intent to defraud or deceive another person or entity, represent themselves as a government official or member of staff when they are not one, or they represent themselves as holding an office or privilege which they do not hold.

(b) Impersonation of an Official is a First-Degree Misdemeanor.
