(a) A person is guilty of the offense of Abuse of Power when they, knowingly and without lawful authority, deprive, or conspire or attempt to deprive, any person of a constitutional, or statutory right in violation of the law.
(b) Except as otherwise provided in this section, a person's first conviction for Abuse of Power is a First-Degree Misdemeanor, their second conviction for Abuse of Power is a Third-Degree Felony, and any subsequent convictions for Abuse of Power are Second-Degree Felonies.
(c) If the Abuse of Power was committed against a class of people protected by the law or Constitution, or against the population of the Republic of Krameria at large, the offense shall be enhanced, and it is a First-Degree Felony.
