(a) A person is guilty of the offense of Unauthorized Correspondence with Foreign Governments when they, without lawful authority, directly or indirectly commence or engage in any correspondence with a foreign government, or an officer or agent thereof, with the intent to influence the conduct or measures of a foreign government, or an officer or agent thereof, in relation to any disputes or controversies with the Republic of Krameria, or to defeat the measures of the Republic of Krameria.

(b) Unauthorized Correspondence with Foreign Governments is a Third-Degree Felony.

(c) In any prosecution for Unauthorized Correspondence with Foreign Governments, it is an affirmative defense that the Defendant engaged in or solicited the conduct to petition a foreign government or any of its officers or agents, for the redress for any injury or damages they may have sustained from said foreign government, or any of its officers, agents, or citizens.
