(a) A person is guilty of the offense of Obstruction of a Criminal Investigation when they, with the intent to obstruct, hinder, or delay an ongoing or potential criminal investigation,—

(1) knowingly make, or solicit others to make, false statements to investigators;

(2) knowingly provide, or solicit others to provide, false evidence to investigators;

(3) bribe, harass, or threaten investigators or other government officials or members of staff to end or not pursue an investigation;

(4) fail to comply with a valid and legal search warrant, or any other court order related to a criminal investigation, while still posting ten or more messages in the official server during the time given to comply with said warrant or order;

(5) warning or otherwise notifying an individual about an ongoing investigation of which they may be a target; or,

(6) seeking to obstruct a person, by means of intimidation, harassment, or deception, from reporting a criminal offense.

(b) Obstruction of a Criminal Investigation is a Third-Degree Felony.
