The Economic Bot shall be designed and maintained to respect and preserve user privacy. No personal identifying information shall be collected, stored, or processed, except as strictly necessary for the operation of governmental economic functions and in a manner consistent with applicable privacy safeguards. Any data collected shall be limited, proportionate, and subject to appropriate security measures.
