In furtherance of transparent, efficient, and modern economic governance, the Executive authorizes the temporary public testing and evaluation of an official Discord-based bot (the “Economic Bot”). The Economic Bot shall facilitate governmental economic functions, including but not limited to: tracking and administering public funds and expenditures; assisting in the execution of fiscal policy; supporting revenue collection mechanisms; and providing tools for economic coordination across governmental entities. The powers exercised through the Economic Bot shall be construed broadly for the effective administration of the national economy, provided that such powers do not infringe upon the reserved rights and authorities of the States.
