Any votes which do not meet any of the following requirements shall be considered invalid and be discarded:

1. The voter in question has sent no fewer than fifteen eligible messages, as defined in Section 7, since the closure of polls of the most recent prior general or midterm election and before the opening of polls of the relevant election.
2. The voter in question has been present in any public voice channel in the federal server for the Republic of Krameria, or any combination of any such channels, for at least one hour in the aggregate since the closure of polls of the most recent prior general or midterm election and before the opening of polls of the relevant election.
