(a) A person is guilty of the offense of Recruitment for Service Against the Republic when they, while possessing Kramerian citizenship or otherwise being under the jurisdiction of the Republic of Krameria, recruit any other person to join an armed conflict against the Republic of Krameria.

(b) Recruitment for Service Against the Republic is a Second-Degree Felony.
