(a) No person shall, through force, intimidation, or undue influence, compel or attempt to compel another person from voting, or refrain from voting, for any particular candidate or measure.

(b) No person shall impersonate another voter nor attempt to cast a ballot in the name of another person.

(c) No person shall tamper, alter, or destroy any ballot, voting machine, or election record.
