(a) A person is guilty of the offense of Commission to Serve Against the Republic when they, with the intent to serve in a war against the Republic of Krameria, join, establish, or provide aid to, the armed forces of another nation or a militia.

(b) Commission to Serve Against the Republic is a Second-Degree Felony.
