(a) A person is guilty of the offense of Seditious Conspiracy when they agree with one or more persons to—

(1) overthrow, put down, remove from power, or destroy;

(2) levy war against;

(3) oppose by force the lawful authority of;

(4) by force or corruptly, prevent, hinder, or delay the execution of any law of; or,

(5) by force, seize, take, or possess any property of, contrary to the authority of,

the government of the Republic of Krameria.

(b) Seditious Conspiracy is a First-Degree Felony.
