(a) A person is guilty of the offense of Espionage when they knowingly and intentionally—

(1) share classified, secret, or any other protected information which is not publicly available with a foreign power or adversary;

(2) conduct surveillance or other information-gathering operations in order to benefit a foreign power or adversary which may result in harm to the security of the Republic of Krameria; or,

(3) otherwise aid and abet the intelligence, security, or military forces of a foreign adversary in order to assist with such forces’ current or future operations in the Republic.

(b) Espionage is a First-Degree Felony.
