(a) A person is guilty of the offense of Secession when they—

(1) declare the independence of any territory under the lawful jurisdiction and authority of the Republic of Krameria; or

(2) without lawful authority, declare the independence of a new nation, or the formation of an illegitimate government, which purports to be the legitimate government or successor of the Republic of Krameria.

(b) Secession is a First-Degree Felony.
