(a) A person is guilty of the offense of Insurrection when they incite, assist, or engage in any rebellion or insurrection against the authority, laws, or government of the Republic of Krameria, or provides aid or comfort to such a rebellion or insurrection.

(b) Insurrection is a First-Degree Felony.
