(a) A person is guilty of the offense of Treason when they—

(1) destroy;

(2) depose or remove from power by unlawful or unconstitutional means; or,

(3) otherwise prevent from carrying out its necessary functions in violation of the law,

the legitimate government of the Republic of Krameria, or attempt, conspire, or solicit another to do the same.

(b) Treason is a First-Degree Felony.
