Attorney General shall be granted the powers:

  1. To serve as the chief federal prosecutor and legal counsel for the cases involving the Republic;
  2. To represent the Republic in all federal court proceedings involving the Republic;
  3. To advise the President and the Cabinet on matters of federal law;
  4. To oversee the federal prosecution services.
