(a) A person is guilty of the offense of High Treason when they levy war against the Republic of Krameria, give the enemies of the Republic aid and comfort within the jurisdiction of the Republic or elsewhere, or destroy or attempt to destroy the Republic, through the destruction or deletion of the Republic’s server or by other means.

(b) High Treason is a Capital Offense.
