§ 101.4 Responsibilities

The Directors, or a delegate of their choosing, shall be responsible for the following:

(1) Maintaining an up-to-date publicly accessible database containing election laws, and regulations;

(2) Managing political party lists;

(3) Managing candidate sign-ups and lists for all elections;

(4) Opening and closing electoral polls;

(5) Overseeing the legitimacy of votes and deleting illegitimate ones;

(6) Announcing all election results;

(7) Overseeing official debates; and

(8) Hiring necessary personnel for the execution of the responsibilities described in this Act.
