(a) There shall be four (4) Directors of the KEB, who shall constitute the Board of Directors. These Directors shall be nominated by the President of Krameria and confirmed to office by Congress.

(b) Directors of the KEB shall be subject to impeachment using the same method as any other government official.

(c) Directors of the KEB shall serve terms of six (6) months; at the end of their terms, they must be confirmed again by Congress.
