(a) The following positions shall be formally established:

1. Attorney General;
2. Secretary of Foreign Affairs;
3. Secretary of National Defense;
4. Secretary of the Economy
5. Secretary of Interior;
6. Secretary of Human Services;

(b) The list above shall serve as the line of succession for the President if the positions above the Secretaries within the list as per Article 19 are vacant or have refused to take Presidential Powers;
