An individual shall be eligible for unemployment insurance if and only if:

(1) That individual is a member of the labour force;

(2) That individual has been in a state of unemployment for no more than 2 years; and

(3) That individual spends no less than 30 hours per week doing a combination of the following activities:

(A) Searching for employment;

(B) Engaging in collegiate education; and/or

(C) Engaging in vocational education.
