No conduct constitutes a criminal offense against the Republic unless it is defined as a criminal offense under the laws or Constitution of Krameria. Common law may still be utilized in defining terms undefined by law, or when examining the construction of the law. Nothing in this section shall affect the power of the courts to employ any sanction authorized by law or the Constitution to enforce a judgment, verdict, or other order or decree.
