(a) A Bureau of Labour Statistics (BLS) shall be established as an agency of the Department of the Interior.

(b) The BLS shall record and report the following on Friday of each week:

(1) Total size of the labour force;

(2) Rate of unemployment within the labour force;

(3) Demographics of employment and unemployment within the labour force.
