There shall be established a voluntary military force known as the Kramerian Armed Forces made up of the following primary branches:

1. An Army of the Republic, to be led by a General of the Army
2. An Air Force of the Republic, to be led by General of the Air Force
3. A Navy of the Republic, to be led by an Admiral of the Navy
