(a) The Chairperson shall provide monthly reports to the President and quarterly reports to the National Congress.

(b) The National Congress may summon the Chairperson for questioning regarding federal enforcement activities.

(c) Abuse of authority by any KCSS member shall constitute grounds for immediate removal and federal prosecution.
