(a) In cases of immediate threat to national security, the Chairperson may authorize temporary emergency action.

(b) Any emergency action involving detention, surveillance, or search must be submitted for judicial review within seventy-two (72) hours.

(c) Failure to obtain judicial approval shall render such action void.
