(a) The Consolidated Code may be cited as—

(1) “___ Kram. Cons. Code. § ___” (the first blank space being appropriately filled in with the title number, and the second with the section number); or

(2) “___ K.C.C. § ___” (the first blank space being appropriately filled in with the title number, and the second with the section number).

(b) When citing a section of the Consolidated Code, the chapter, subchapter, part, or subpart in which the section is found need not be included in the citation.
