(a) The Kramerian Committee for State Security (KCSS) is hereby established as a permanent federal executive authority.

(b) The KCSS shall serve as the sole and primary federal law enforcement body of the Republic of Krameria.

(c) The KCSS shall enforce all federal criminal statutes and safeguard the national security of the Republic.
