In this part:

(1) The term “Executive Branch entity” means any department, agency, bureau, office, commission, authority, administration, or other body established by law within the Executive Branch.

(2) The term “reorganization” means the transfer, consolidation, coordination, division, reassignment, renaming, or restructuring of Executive Branch entities, functions, personnel, records, or administrative responsibilities.
